We're on GMT+6. Our evening overlaps with North American mornings, so we can talk live when needed. While you sleep, we're working, so updates are usually ready when you wake up. We reply within 4 hours on average.

Payment is by bank transfer. Fixed-price projects are 50% upfront and 50% on completion. Monthly management is paid at the start of each month.

You do, 100%. We work through a staff or collaborator account on your Shopify store, and you keep full ownership of the store, theme, apps and all data.

Up to 2 rounds of revisions per project. Most clients don't need more than one because we agree on the plan before we start.

Your product idea or supplier, your logo (or we can help), and a Shopify account. We'll guide you through everything else.

Yes. Ad management is one of our core services, and pixel setup and campaign support can also be added to monthly store management.

Either works. We can research winning products and vet suppliers for you, or build around products you've already sourced.

We agree on a clear plan and quote before starting, and every project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions plus 7 days of support after delivery, so issues get caught and fixed.
